Dynamic Project Solutions aims to provide a quality assurance system that our projects meet time, quality and cost expectations. Our team implements a project quality plan which establishes the necessary framework to control, manage and achieve the defined objectives. Our comprehensive computerised system and documented inspections ensure no elements of a project are missed and quality is maintained throughout the development process. In the case of repair, renovation and refurbishment, we electronically generate dilapidation reports with the use of digital cameras, implementing visual records to document each stage of development.

Our team has the expertise, capability and resources available to successfully undertake the management of any building, refurbishment or fit-out project. DPS utilises programming systems and software to compile detailed information regarding the trajectory of our projects and expected timeframes. Using estimators and senior management, we approximate project budgets and select contractors and suppliers accordingly with particular emphasis on their experience and capacity to undertake the desired project. Progress reports are prepared on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis depending on the type of the project, indicating construction status, cost forecasting and the position of contract letting.
